Cerebral Palsy Association Of Nassau County

This initiative provides educational assistance to children with disabilities, including infants, preschoolers, adolescents, and young adults who require early intervention, preschool, and school-age educational and therapeutic services. The aim is to ensure that students are both physically and academically equipped for maximum independence and, when suitable, to engage in their local community schools. The programs offered include: The Early Intervention Program (for children from birth to age 3), The Pre-School Division (ages 3-5), Ungraded Kindergarten through Grade 2 (ages 5-7), and The Schoolage Program (ages 5-21). Comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, encompassing educational, therapy, and psychological assessments, are available.
