This initiative guarantees that every Long Island resident has access to essential primary and preventive health care, irrespective of their income, residency, age, or immigration status. The range of services offered includes Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Podiatry, Dentistry, Behavioral Health, Psychology, and Nutrition, with interpreter services and bilingual staff available to assist.

Fees: The program accepts a sliding scale, Medicaid, Medicaid managed care, Medicare, private insurance, Child Health Plus, and Family Health Plus.
