About this resource
This service delivers meals to residents of Niagara County who are aged 60 and above, homebound due to illness, physical disabilities, or aging, and cannot prepare their own meals.
Intake Process: Initial phone screening followed by a comprehensive assessment.
Fees: A suggested contribution of $3.25 per meal is encouraged but not mandatory.
Who can use this
- Eligible individuals are those aged 60 and older who are homebound and unable to prepare meals for themselves. Eligibility is determined by need rather than income, and applicants must not have access to private assistance. The service area includes Niagara County.
