About this resource
This initiative features an emergency food pantry for individuals living on certain streets in the City of Lockport (please call for specifics) and provides guidance on meal planning and budgeting. It also offers assistance with rent, mortgage, and utility payments for low-income individuals and families when funding is accessible; currently, funds are not available. The Fair Housing Advocacy Program supports those who believe they have experienced discrimination in housing transactions, offering information, assessments, and referrals to the relevant federal, state, or local human rights bodies or courts. Additional services include housing location assistance, landlord/tenant advocacy, individual support, information and referral services, application help, asset management, and budget counseling.
