About this resource
This facility delivers treatment for substance use disorders and mental health issues. Offered services encompass evaluations for substance use disorders, individual and group therapy, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) with options like Buprenorphine (Suboxone), Vivitrol, and Naltrexone, as well as drug and alcohol testing, mental health counseling, medication management, family and adolescent counseling, peer support, and evaluations for impaired drivers. It is certified by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (NYS OASAS) and ensures confidentiality for all services. Located at the intersection of Third Street and Rainbow Avenue in Niagara Falls, clients can park in the side lot and enter through the door facing 3rd Street. Both in-person and telehealth services are available. ##REENTRY##
Intake Procedure: Clients can undergo evaluations through walk-in/same day access or by calling 716-831-1937 to schedule an appointment. A photo ID and insurance card are needed (unless uninsured).
Fees: The facility accepts most health insurances, including Medicaid and Medicaid Managed Care; copays or deductibles are required at the time of service. For uninsured individuals, sliding scale fees and payment plans are available.

- Individuals aged adolescents and older who are facing substance use and/or mental health challenges. The service area includes Erie & Niagara Counties and nearby regions.
