Suicide Prevention Hotlines | General Crisis Intervention Hotlines | Psychiatric Mobile Response Teams

The program delivers crisis phone intervention, support, and referrals to anyone in distress. The Mobile Crisis Team can be deployed for those at increased risk, providing on-site assessments and intervention services in homes, schools, and the community for adults, teens, and children facing various crisis situations. This initiative aims to prevent psychiatric hospitalization by connecting individuals with essential services, including Community Crisis Intervention and Hospital Diversion, to help them achieve stability. The program is part of the 9-8-8 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, ensuring that calls made to 9-8-8 from Niagara County are directed to Niagara County Crisis Services.
