This program offers permanent, budget-friendly, independent housing options for adults with emotional or mental health issues. The housing service encompasses assistance in finding suitable accommodations, subsidized rent, ensuring that homes are furnished and equipped properly, and connecting tenants with community-based resources. It also includes tenant advocacy and support in landlord relations, as well as planned transportation services.
To begin the intake process, individuals can either call or visit in person for more details. Additional information is available on the website, and a referral from the Niagara County SPOA is required for eligibility.
Cost: Rent is calculated at 30% of the total income.

- Eligibility is limited to adults with a verified serious mental illness residing in Niagara County.
