Additionally, personal hygiene items such as shampoo, toothpaste, sanitary products, and diapers can be accessed every 30 days while supplies last. The program also offers food vouchers from the Utica office and operates a food pantry for residents in the Rome area. Prescription drug assistance may be available for up to a month's supply, depending on funding for Madison County residents.
