About this resource
This initiative creates a welcoming environment for LGBTQ youth to meet and obtain assistance from supportive adults through services such as case management, testing for HIV, STDs, and Hepatitis C, mental health evaluations, and referrals to LGBTQ-friendly clinical and health services. It also includes after-school activities and support groups for youth, parents, and families.
Intake Process: Schedule an appointment by phone, with a monthly calendar available.
Cost: Free of charge.
Who can use this
- Youth aged 12 to 29 who identify as LGBTQI+ or are caregivers for LGBTQI+ individuals.
