Delivers essential medical and dental care services suitable for all age groups, including well-baby check-ups, immunizations, preventive healthcare, social services, and management of diabetes and pre-diabetes. It also provides physical examinations for employment and education, as well as dental services such as exams, cleanings, x-rays, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and dentures. Behavioral health services are available for medical patients, but prenatal care is not offered.

Intake Procedure: You can either call or visit in person.
