About this resource
Delivers comprehensive medical and dental care services suitable for all age groups. This includes well-baby check-ups, immunizations, preventive healthcare, social services, and management for diabetes and pre-diabetes. Physical examinations for employment and schooling, as well as dental services such as exams, cleanings, x-rays, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and dentures are also provided. Behavioral health services are available for medical patients, although prenatal care is not offered.
Intake Procedure: You can either call or visit in person.
Fees: A sliding scale based on income is available; please call for specific details. Medicaid, Medicare, and third-party insurance are accepted. For more information, please call.
