Resource Center For Independent Living, Inc.

The organization provides a range of services including Adult Day Services, which offers nutritious meals, social activities, supervision, personal care, community outings, help with daily living tasks, and door-to-door transportation in Oneida and parts of Herkimer counties. Additionally, In-Home Companion Care is available for companionship and support with daily activities. Caregiver Services are also offered, providing community education, resources, and referrals for caregivers of the elderly or disabled.

To initiate services, individuals should call to schedule an appointment.

Fees for the Day Program include acceptance of Medicaid, private insurance, private pay, and Medicaid Waivers (such as for Traumatic Brain Injury and Nursing Home Transition), as well as Managed Long Term Care Insurance and support from the Office for the Aging. In-Home Companion Care is available on a private pay basis.
