Offers meetings to help individuals and families evaluate their current needs and strategize for the future in a private setting of their choice outside the home. Additionally, care consultations are available via phone around the clock through the National Helpline.
Intake Procedure: There are no specific intake procedures; the chapter office welcomes both walk-ins and scheduled appointments.
Fees: Services are provided at no cost.
