This program aids individuals with developmental disabilities in acquiring essential daily skills for achieving independence. Each participant is provided with a tailored plan that specifies the skills they wish to enhance, whether through community involvement or home-based activities.

Who can use this
- Individuals with developmental disabilities who qualify for Medicaid and are part of the HCBS Waiver Program.
