This initiative supports individuals whose transportation requirements are not fulfilled by Medicaid, facilitating their access to medical appointments and HIV-related services. Participants can receive cab rides, bus tokens, or gas cards to reach their healthcare providers.
Intake Procedure: While walk-ins are accepted, appointments are preferred; please call for details.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.
