This program provides case management, personal care services at home, a Telephone Lifeline, housekeeping assistance, and subsidies for day care specifically for senior citizens who are not eligible for Medicaid.
Intake Process: Referrals are managed through the Onondaga County Office for Aging at 315-435-2362.
Fees: Costs are based on a sliding scale relative to income; please call for more information.
