This program delivers assistance to children dealing with significant emotional disturbances, developmental disabilities, or those who are medically fragile. It includes Child & Family Treatment Support Services, Home & Community Based Services, and Health Home Care Management.

Who can use this
- Children aged from birth to 21 years who have faced trauma or have serious health or behavioral challenges and possess Medicaid or qualify for it; eligibility is assessed individually and differs by service type.
