This program offers personalized assistance to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them acquire skills to enhance their independence at home and in the community.

Who can use this
- Eligible individuals must have a primary diagnosis of an intellectual disability, qualify for HCBS services, and complete the OPWDD's Front Door process to receive support.
