About this resource
This initiative provides evaluation, planning, and referral services for children and adolescents (ages 5 to 21) in Onondaga County dealing with emotional and behavioral difficulties. It acts as a central resource for various home and community-based services, as well as out-of-home placements. Additionally, it offers support for school attendance issues and has taken on the responsibility for PINS (Persons in Need of Supervision).
Intake Process: The primary caregiver is required to call the ACCESS Line (315-463-1100) to start the intake procedure.
Costs: There are no fees associated with this service.
