About this resource
This residence provides a secure and nurturing environment for men aged 25 and older who have mental, physical, or developmental disabilities, featuring 59 beds for long-term accommodation. Residents receive case management, payee services, medication management, three meals, and two snacks daily, along with a variety of scheduled activities and outings.
Intake Process: Reach out to the Resident Intake Specialist to initiate the application.
Costs: The monthly fee is $1,261.
Who can use this
- Eligible men must be 25 years or older, capable of independent daily living, have a source of income, adhere to medication regimens, possess health insurance, be medically approved for adult home care, maintain at least 90 days of sobriety outside of a facility, actively follow a treatment plan, and have no violent crime history.
