This initiative provides long-term transitional housing within a 24-unit apartment complex specifically for pregnant and parenting adolescent girls aged 16 to 21, including their children. It creates a nurturing, homelike atmosphere where young mothers and their kids benefit from 24-hour supervision, building security, crisis intervention, transportation, social activities, and recreational opportunities.
