Delivers clinical services to individuals with disabilities and their families, which encompasses treatment coordination during the eligibility process and assistance in accessing other agency services. The support includes advocacy with external agencies for additional services, as well as psychological services like assessments and therapy, social work, nursing, nutrition services, and rehabilitation counseling. Early identification assistance is also provided.
