This program provides urgent financial support for utilities, rent, or security deposits. Additionally, it offers assistance for other essential needs such as prescriptions, glasses, formula, transportation costs, or select over-the-counter products, contingent on need and available funds.

There are no fees associated with these services.
Who can use this
- Applicants must demonstrate financial need and provide DSS documentation indicating either a denial from DSS or an immediate need statement.
