Delivers a variety of services that encompass evaluations, preschool education, therapy, and autism support for children aged birth to five. Early Intervention/Preschool Services consist of Universal Pre-Kindergarten, Early Intervention Education, integrated preschool classes, daycare, and evaluation services. Additionally, it provides school-age services aimed at helping children and young adults with developmental disabilities reach their goals, including special education and therapy services (OT, PT, ST). The organization also offers specialized services to enhance the quality of life for adults with disabilities, which include outpatient clinic services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, psychological counseling, psychiatry, and developmental disability services through OPWDD. Other services encompass day/community habilitation, respite care, Children's Waiver Health Home Care Management, and clinical services under Article 16. The Nursing Home Transition and Diversion Waiver is available for individuals at risk of nursing home placement, offering structured programs, independent living skills training, and residential services, including 42 income-based apartments and transitional housing.
