About this resource
This facility serves as a shelter for runaway and homeless youth, providing temporary accommodation, three healthy meals daily, assistance with school enrollment, recreational opportunities, counseling services, and referrals to other service providers, as well as support for family reunification or finding permanent housing. It is open to all individuals in need, including those from outside Orange County.

Who can use this
- Youth under 18 who are runaway or homeless, as well as those in abusive or neglectful situations with their guardians, including pregnant teens and young parents, can access services without needing parental consent, according to New York State law.
