About this resource
This initiative features two programs, The Neighbor Fund and the Orange County Fuel Fund, aimed at assisting customers who have encountered financial hardships and are struggling to cover their utility bills due to unforeseen medical issues, accidents, unemployment, etc., and have either exhausted or been denied public assistance.

Fees: A sliding fee scale is applied.
