About this resource
This initiative provides developmental assessments and services for infants and toddlers who meet eligibility criteria. It includes early intervention and special education programs tailored for children identified with developmental disabilities. Services available at home may encompass: Case Management, Special Education Teacher Services, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech/Language Therapy.
Intake Process: Contact intake; parental consent is required.
Costs: There are no out-of-pocket costs for families.
