It also coordinates transportation, offers an economic self-sufficiency program, and provides referrals to other agencies. On-the-job training and education on preventing teenage pregnancy are also part of the offerings.

Intake Procedure: Individuals can call or visit during service hours. Documentation of identity and income is required; see the details below. Proof of ID: Adults aged 18 and older must present a government-issued ID, like a driver's license, state ID, or a photo benefit card. For children, acceptable documents include a birth certificate, insurance card, or student ID. Proof of Income: Wage earners need to provide their two most recent pay stubs. SSI/SSDI recipients must show a social security award letter or the latest bank statement indicating deposits. Pension/annuity recipients should provide an annual award letter or the most recent bank statement showing deposits. Child support recipients need to present a court order or a printout of their pay history from the child support website. For TANF/DSS, a DSS budget is required.
