This program employs a tailored, strength-oriented strategy to support children dealing with mental health and substance use issues. It equips youth and their families with resources to help them make knowledgeable choices regarding their care. Services provided encompass care coordination, respite, family support, skill development, intensive in-home assistance, and crisis intervention.
