Intake Process: Individuals can call or visit in person for details and services.

Who can use this
- Applicants must reside in Oswego County, be a U.S. citizen or legally permitted to work in the U.S., work at least 30 hours per week or have a job offer for 30 hours per week, possess a valid driver's license, and ensure their vehicle complies with title, registration, and insurance standards.
