About this resource
Delivers a broad spectrum of licensing, record management, and informational services to the residents of the Town of Hannibal. Available licenses and permits encompass marriage licenses, hunting/fishing/trapping licenses, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, and racing/wagering licenses. Additionally, the office is responsible for the upkeep of town records and archives. Property taxes are prepared and collected from residents between January and March 31st, after which all documentation is forwarded to the Oswego County Treasurer's Office.
