This program serves individuals from birth to 21 years who have or are suspected of having a serious or chronic condition requiring more extensive health and related services than what is usually needed by children. It aids in accessing insurance, arranging diagnostic tests and evaluations, alleviating medical expenses, and covering costs for hearing aids and other necessary equipment.
