This initiative aims to avert homelessness and supports the shift from being homeless to securing permanent housing. It includes direct assistance with housing searches, advocacy, financial support, case management, and training in job skills. Additionally, it provides bus tokens to assist homeless individuals in reaching the Department of Social Services.
