The Business Enterprise Program (BEP) by the New York State Commission for the Blind (NYSCB) creates pathways for blind individuals to acquire essential training and skills to oversee vending operations in Federal and state office buildings statewide. Upon finishing a comprehensive training course, BEP managers gain expertise in various retail management areas, such as product purchasing, inventory control, marketing strategies, customer relations, and accurate record-keeping.
