This community provides one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments that come with electric kitchens and 24-hour security. Residents benefit from transportation to shopping, cultural activities, and special events, as well as spacious common areas on each floor, including a second-floor fireplace, clubroom, guest suites, and a clubhouse with a kitchenette. Additional amenities include a library and rooms for computers and exercise. A single monthly service fee covers dinner in the dining room, various planned social, educational, and cultural activities, internet access, and a beauty salon.
