About this resource
The Mary Weingarten Domestic Violence Law Project (DVLP) provides representation for survivors who are applying for legal immigration status with the United States Immigration and Citizenship Services on humanitarian grounds. It also defends survivors in immigration court against deportation while advocating for family unity based on constitutional, procedural, or humanitarian reasons.
