About this resource
Our facility is dedicated to restoring strength, regaining health, and renewing lives within a warm and welcoming setting. We feature a Certified Ventilator Unit and a cutting-edge Telemetry System that allows for continuous monitoring of our ventilator patients. Our services include 24-hour Respiratory Therapy, Tracheostomy Care, and Intensive Rehabilitation Therapy, which encompasses short-term rehab, as well as physical, speech, and occupational therapy. Additionally, we offer wound care management, IV Therapy, Respite Care, EKG and Lab Services, and an Adult Day Care program that provides medical and recreational activities with daily transportation. We also have a Hospice program available.
