About this resource
The organization provides free or low-cost community events, monthly support groups, and an LGBTQ+ Youth Program designed to empower and assist young individuals. It also features a Senior Drop-In space and collaborates with Montefiore Nyack Hospital to deliver LGBTQ+ healthcare services at the Jacobs Family Pride Wellness Center. Additionally, survival services are available to meet basic needs, along with referrals, individual advocacy, and assistance navigating medical care, mental health, housing, legal, and social services. The organization actively advocates against discrimination, seeks to close service gaps, and aims to drive positive change.
