About this resource
The Adult Single Point of Access (A-SPOA) serves to pinpoint adults suffering from mental illness who are in urgent need of assistance and facilitates their access to various services, including care management, assertive community treatment (ACT), and both OMH licensed and supportive housing. The A-SPOA Coordinator collaborates with referral sources, families, and hospitals to ensure a seamless transition to suitable care.
