About this resource
This program provides case management and non-medical in-home services for seniors aged 60 and above who qualify based on income. It is important that potential clients are not currently receiving help from Medicaid or any other entitlement programs.

Who can use this
- Must be 60 years or older, homebound, not receiving Medicaid, and have impairments with ADLs and IADLs.
