About this resource

Provides two assistance programs, The Neighbor Fund and Orange County Fuel Fund, aimed at customers facing financial difficulties who are unable to cover their utility bills due to unforeseen medical issues, accidents, unemployment, and have either exhausted or been denied public aid.
