About this resource
This initiative is designed to motivate young individuals to adopt healthy lifestyles from an early age, thereby decreasing the risk of preventable chronic illnesses, unintended pregnancies, and sexually transmitted infections. Participants engage in workshops, various activities, and community service projects that foster leadership development and strengthen their community.

- Middle school youth of African-American and Hispanic descent, aged 11-14, living in Haverstraw and Spring Valley within Rockland County.
