About this resource
This initiative delivers mental health and case management support to young individuals aged 12 to 20 within the juvenile justice system, who exhibit a wide range of mental health conditions while they await release from a juvenile facility. Services are initiated before a youth's discharge and persist in the home environment post-release.

Who can use this
- Youth aged 12 to 20 in the juvenile justice system returning to Albany County; youth from other counties may be accommodated upon DJJOY's request.
