The building spans 14 stories and includes elevators for accessibility. Residents can bring pets, and there are options for studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, each equipped with an emergency pull cord. The complex offers several amenities, including resident lounges, laundry services, gardens for vegetables and flowers, a library with books and DVDs, as well as educational and cultural programs. It is conveniently located on a bus route, with a shopping bus service available. Security personnel are present, and the facility is designed without steps or stairs.
