About this resource
The program offers housing support to men experiencing different levels of mental health challenges and substance abuse. Services encompass case management coordination, transportation for appointments, rep payee support, medication distribution, and links to job and educational opportunities.
Intake Procedure: Requires an application and referral from a community service agency.
Fees: Please call for information regarding fees.
Who can use this
- Men aged 18 and older with a mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis who have some form of income (such as SSI, SSD, Veteran's Benefits, or Pension).
