Who can use this
- To qualify for HEAP: Residents of Schenectady County must meet criteria based on income, age of household members, energy expenses, and housing situations; contact for details (applicants must either cover their heating costs directly or pay rent that includes heating expenses). For the Program: Individuals who are not receiving food stamps.
