Schuyler County Mental Health Services - Main Site

This initiative establishes a centralized intake system for both adults and children experiencing substantial behavioral health challenges who could gain from enhanced community support and services. It caters to individuals with notable behavioral, medical, or social risk factors that can be managed through comprehensive care. There are three categories of SPOAs: Children's, Adult Case/Care Management, and Adult Housing. The SPOA process is designed to identify those most in need of services and oversee their access and usage.
