This service is designed to help adults aged 18 and above who, due to physical or mental disabilities, are unable to fulfill their essential needs for food, clothing, shelter, or medical care, and cannot safeguard themselves against neglect, abuse, or dangerous situations, especially when there is no one available to assist them responsibly. Additionally, it manages after-hours emergency homelessness situations in St. Lawrence County. For urgent homelessness issues, individuals should reach out to the county Sheriff's department at 315-379-2222.
Intake Procedure: Contact to report a concern or complaint.
Fees: No costs involved.
