The town offers an extensive array of licensing, records, and informational services for its residents. Available licenses and permits encompass marriage licenses, hunting, fishing, and trapping licenses, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, block party permits, peddler and solicitor licenses, as well as racing and wagering licenses. Additionally, the town is responsible for maintaining records and archives. Property taxes for the Town of Hermon are prepared and collected from January until May 31st, after which all related paperwork is forwarded to the St. Lawrence County Treasurer's Office.
