Town Of Norfolk

This service delivers a variety of licensing, records, and informational resources to the residents of the town. Included in the licensing and permits are marriage licenses, hunting/fishing/trapping licenses, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, block party permits, peddler/solicitor licenses, and racing/wagering licenses. Additionally, it oversees the maintenance of town records and archives. Property taxes are prepared and collected for Norfolk residents from January to May 31st, after which all documentation is forwarded to the St. Lawrence County Treasurer's Office.
